In 2005, we supported the merger of two UK leisure companies, Wallace Arnold and Shearings to form Coach Holiday Group. This created one of Europe’s largest businesses focused on providing travel breaks to the wealthy over-55 market. - Growing hospitality businesses via roll-out.
In China, Little Sheep has become one of the country’s top 500 brands by bringing lamb hotpot cuisine to the mass market. It has around 600 owned, franchised and affiliated restaurants. Meanwhile, Spanish tea and coffee chain Café y Té has rapidly built up its chain of outlets, using an approach that adapts the international ‘coffee shop’ formula to local tastes by including high-quality food. - Devising an innovative, localized format.
Korean cinema operator Asia Multiplex pioneered an innovative local approach, re-configuring the traditional seating layout so that couples could enjoy a table for two and a bottle of wine. It quickly grew from 8 to 58 sites.
