Based in France, Spain and Slovakia, Senoble is a leading European manufacturer and supplier of fresh dairy desserts for mass retailers.The group is the market leader in private label dairy products in France and Spain. Customers include Carrefour, E Leclerc, Auchan, Lidl, Aldi, Tesco and Mercadona. Its range of 750 products also includes its own Senoble-branded desserts and low calorie yogurts and desserts under the Weight Watchers brand. Senoble is ranked as France's third-largest manufacturer of dairy products and desserts, after Danone and Yoplait. Half of its sales are generated outside France.Senoble was founded in 1921, and is still mostly family-owned. The group has recorded 10% average organic revenue growth over the past five years, compared with a market average of 2-3%. Based in Jouy, near Auxerre, Senoble has five production sites in France, one in Spain and one in Slovakia, bought in July 2005. The group employs 2,300 people.
