On 8 July the 3i Media Team hosted c100 CEO's and Media industry leaders at the top of the Milbank Tower - a spectacular venue with some of London's finest views.
Richard Rosenblatt, CEO of Demand Media (www.demandmedia.com) and former chairman of Myspace.com is a serial entrepreneur who has built, operated and sold over $1.3bn of internet Media companies. During his presentation Richard offered a unique and highly profitable vision for the future of media. He highlighted the importance of both social media and content quality and the growing interest in users ability to read reviews as well as express themselves online and interact on any site they visit.
Richard is very well known in the US but rarely gets a chance to come to Europe so we were delighted to have him as our speaker.
As one guest commented: "...you had arranged a nice flow to enable people to meet...I very much enjoyed Richard R’s talk, which set me thinking about all sorts of things. We have an active blog on theology, of all things, and there’s much more we can do in other parts of our business..."
