The waste management division provides services to both the public and private sectors. These services include the collection, management and transportation of waste, and the management of landfills and recycling plants. Revenues come both from inflows of waste and outflows of recycled materials.

The industrial services division provides installation services for industrial equipment, such as pipelines, machinery and scaffolding. In addition, this division provides cleaning, operation and maintenance services for industrial clients, including machinery maintenance, management of waste and subcontracting of plant operations. Daorje Grupo has a strong presence in the North and North West of Spain (Asturias and Galicia), where it is a prominent operator.

The waste management market is growing significantly, driven by GDP growth and increasing environmental awareness and regulation. The industrial services division presents opportunities for expansion through the growing trend for large corporates to outsource. These factors produce attractive organic growth opportunities for Daorje Grupo.

Moreover, both the waste management and industrial services markets are highly fragmented in Spain. There are numerous opportunities to acquire smaller players and Daorje Grupo aims to drive consolidation in these markets. The acquisitions will allow Daorje Grupo to gain critical mass and ultimately become the leading independent player in its markets, while diversifying its revenue and benefiting from commercial and operational synergies.
