Boomerang, founded in 1998, is an independent producer of audiovisual content, specialising in new entertainment and fiction for television. It has produced more than 5,000 hours of TV in over 70 formats and 5 serials. It produces national content and has regional subsidiaries (with local minority partners with 3-15% stakes) in the Canary Islands, Valencia, and Catalonia, which have granted Boomerang access to the local channels. The Company has also recently developed a subsidiary targeting new TDT operators.
