Biography

Daniel joined 3i in 2007 and is an Associate in the Buyout Team originating and executing buyout investments in Europe across a broad range of sectors. Recent deals Daniel has been involved with at 3i include the take privates of Inspicio Plc, a global testing and inspection business, and Civica Plc, a leading provider of software solutions to the public sector. Daniel is a member of the board of directors of NCP Services.

Daniel joined 3i from Clayton, Dubilier & Rice where he was involved in executing buyout transactions in Europe and the US. Prior to CD&R, Daniel worked in the Investment Banking division of Morgan Stanley focusing on M&A transactions in Germany.

Daniel holds a degree in Business from the University of Frankfurt and a MBA from the University of Iowa.
