Career development

Career development at 3i means creating and taking advantage of every opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. You may have a clear idea of where you want to end up, alternatively you may be very open minded about what direction your future career will take.

You may be looking to build a long term career in private equity or perhaps see gaining private equity experience as stepping stone to something else. Whatever your ambition, as these profiles of people who work with 3i show, we are able to balance what's best for you with what's best for 3i.

For me, deals like Keolis sum up 3i's investment strength. We were able to make four times the multiple in just two years. That's a tremendous achievement.
